Jeff joined NativState in September 2023, holding a BS in Geography and Environmental Science from the University of Central Arkansas. Born in San Bernardino, CA, and raised in Sheridan, AR, he now calls Greenbrier, AR, home with his wife Brandy and kids Mary-Kate and Owen.

Jeff is passionate about making carbon markets accessible to everyday people, finding it a win-win-win for landowners, the environment, and NativState. He thrives in the fast-paced work environment, solving complex problems in real-time, and enjoys collaborating with an incredible team to build something new and impactful. Outside of work, Jeff is an avid outdoorsman, chasing big brown trout on the Little Red River and exploring Arkansas’s lakes and rivers.
