Michael Lauve earned a degree in biology at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. After completing his studies, he was recruited to work as a technical representative for a privately owned global company based out of Memphis, TN. Michael and his wife, Crystal, are also successful entrepreneurs. They started a medical business focused on providing for special needs children. Lauve’s Pediatric continues to grow and flourish under their leadership.

Michael’s connection to his community and commitment to conserving the forests of northern and eastern Louisiana has made him a key player in NativState’s forest carbon program. He brings an extensive network, knowledge base and expertise to our forest carbon team.

Michael and Crystal have a daughter and son who are both in high school. Michael enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family in the outdoors.
