Trey Franks, RF

With 10 years of experience in Arkansas forestry, Trey Franks, RF, brings skills in timber management, private landowner assistance, wildfire mitigation, drone operation, and conducting prescribed burns. He is a graduate from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. degree in Wildlife Management. While attending college, he worked with the US Fish and Wildlife Service in wildlife and forestry aspects at the White River National Wildlife Refuge. After graduation, he began his forestry career with the US Fish and Wildlife Service managing timber. He then spent 8 years with the Arkansas Forestry Commission serving first as a County Forester for Jefferson and Cleveland Counties before being promoted to District Forester over southeastern and eastern Arkansas. Trey is a registered forester in Arkansas, and he currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer for the Arkansas Tree Farm Committee.
