Grievance Policy and Procedure

NativState Grievance Policy and Procedure

Purpose

This Grievance Procedure provides a structured method for stakeholders to raise project-related concerns about the ethics or legality of NativState’s operations.

Grievances must be submitted in writing, which includes electronic submission. Unless otherwise indicated in writing, routine correspondences do not constitute formal grievances.

All grievances and outcomes will be documented and retained for a minimum of 5 years. A summary of grievances and resolutions (anonymized if needed) may be included in project reports and contracts or shared with investors and community partners as appropriate.

Guiding Principles

Accessibility: The process will be easy to access for all stakeholders.

Transparency: All grievances will be recorded and tracked through resolution.

Fairness: All parties will be treated with respect and impartiality.

Timeliness: We aim to resolve grievances promptly and efficiently.
