Her career reflects a rare combination of institutional investment management and on-the-ground expertise in natural assets and carbon development.
Prior to joining Cambium Natural Assets, Kristen served as Chief Investment Officer of a global timber fund and a leading carbon organization, where she oversaw investment strategy, portfolio management, and the integration of carbon value into timberland assets. She has also served in an independent capacity as a consultant and board member across carbon development and timber enterprises, advising organizations on strategy, governance, and market positioning.
