NativState Chief Operating Officer Selected as Arkansas Business “40 Under 40” Honoree

NativState is proud to share that Chief Operating Officer J.T. Schrock is among those honored in Arkansas Business Publishing Group’s prestigious “40 Under 40” list for 2026. This recognition celebrates rising leaders across the state who are making a lasting impact in their industries and communities.

J.T.’s interest in operations, his passion for process improvement, and willingness to meet challenges head-on led him to NativState, first as CFO and now COO. The company’s model is unique in that it aggregates small landowners’ property into single carbon projects. No accounting or royalty payment system for this model existed when J.T. joined NativState. Truly a professional trailblazer, he has created these systems which are not only the first of their kind but also pass audits in the absence of existing GAAP rules. J.T.’s cutting edge approach establishes a new industry model and continues to propel the global growth and reputation of a unique Arkansas company.

Having mentored students in the University of Central Arkansas’ Finance Department for more than a decade, J.T. is a teacher at heart.
